My name is Peter Cook and I have been a practising counsellor for more than 30 years. I provide counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

My practice is at Elm House in the centre of Sedgfield, County Durham and within easy reach of Darlington, Durham, Newcastle, Sunderland and Teesside.
